The story of the first emperor of the first emperor of China begins when a young 14 year old boy became the Qin King after his father passed away. His name was Zheng and the year was 246 BCE. In the following 25 years Zheng crushed all rival states and declared himself the first emperor of a unified China. Qin was now the strongest out of all the kingdoms, it had a firm government , strong irrigation and farming and a extremely powerful and ruthless army. His army then had an enormous task and that was establishing the Qin dynasty which he wanted to last for thousands of years. Zheng called himself Qin Shi Huang Di meaning the supreme emperor of the first generation. An example of Huang Di`s strictness is when he executed a man and his family for breaking the law and he buried 460 scholars alive. Qin shi Huang DI was remembered after his death as a man who dealt with issues in a very unconventional way and after his death was remembered as a cruel, ruthless and strict leader who with help from his adviser Li Si helped China excel and advance as a country. Qin shi Huang Di was feared by his people and was never loved.
